About the Windsor Wellness Partnership

The Windsor Wellness Partnership seeks to promote and sustain wellness in the Windsor community while partnering with local and regional agencies, citizens, students and seniors to help Windsor become the healthiest community in California by 2020. The Windsor Wellness Partnership is endorsed by the Town of Windsor, the Windsor Unified School District, the Windsor Chamber of Commerce, Alliance Medical Center and Sonoma County Health Action.
